OUR GUIDELINES BELOW FOR TEAM PAINTBALL RANKINGS
Below I will list the order of ranks from lowest to highest. A brief description will be listed as well. Also a short description of what is required for all ranks and promotions to next level. Remember the descriptions below are adjusted to follow the needs of paintball players like you and I. This will add some team fun among the teams and build team spirit with in. Your team captains will be the ones to pass over to me your final team ranks and what he feels would best fits you and the team. All ranking begin from the first day the player’s are officially a team member. All captains please review each team player you have and read the rankings below. Email me back what you feel each player for your team should hold what ranking according to the guidelines below. If you promote within the months any players, please email me an up dated form. I will create and attach a forum for all teams to hold and maintain. This should be up dated monthly if needed. If your team has already players, just read the guidelines and see where they best fit to star them offt. Any new player’s from here and on, just go by the guidelines below. All promotion from ranking E6 should be emailed to the “General Of War” for approval. An explanation of why you feel a certain player needs to be promoted is required. E1 PRIVATE
* This Ranking is the entry level to a team player. It is where your newest members will begin. It is a 2week course. To see if the player can and will commit to the teams needs. No ranking patch is needed at this time. The player must commit to the teams BIO and agreements. All team paper work (if any) must be signed and completed and handed into the team captains. The player and team captain must agree and understand each other’s commitment to the team. (The two weeks is enough time for any player to decide if they would like to continue with the sport. This will also prove communication of the player and beginning of a commitment).
E2 Private E-2 (PV2)
* This Ranking is really the first step to earning your ranks among the team. This is a 3month course based from registration with your team captains. Each player must attend at least one team practice with in the three months. He or she must be voted in among the majority of the team. Seeing if he or she fits the teams needs and attitude. This must be a team vote. (If not all approve of the new comers it may only cause trouble among the rest of the team). Be fare and discuss your opinions and choices. Be professional to the new comers with your final out come of choice
E3 Private First Class (PFC) 5 months evaluation
Required promotion must be sent to the “General Of War” for final approval, with explanation on why you feel this candidate should be promoted.
* This Ranking is after being with the team for 5 months and, completed the following. 1) All fellow teammates voted you in with the team. 2) You have practiced with the team more then 3 games. 3) You have played with the team in at least one team event. 4) You have purchased all team uniforms and patches.
"All UNDERTAKERS TEAM MEMBERS need to have team JERSEY at This Point". A proper team uniform should be in effect by this time of 5 months, if your team requires one. (Optional) If all above are not completed the player may not be up for “Ranking Promotion” and will remain in current ranking form as PRIVATE E2 (PV2) until all standards are met.
E4 Corporal (CPL) 3 months evaluation
*This Ranking is for 3month time limit starting from when a player has been promoted to “Private First Class” With in this time zone the player must have shown responsibility towards the team, by attending regular practices. Communicating with team captains and attending an average 50% of scheduled team events and practices. This is the beginning stage of showing reliability towards the team and players, also a crucial moment for a team player.
E5 Sergeant (SGT) 6 months evaluation
*This Ranking is from 6months of getting promoted to Corporal. It is also a six month ranking promotional time for the beginning of getting promoted to Sergeant. With in the six months as Sergeant the player will need to have accomplished the following: Attend 90% of scheduled team events and practices. Help put together a community fundraiser or event for a good cause. Recruiting of at least one new team members. Beginning of running team practices. Understanding how to becoming a team captain, (with assistances from team captain) assisting in all needs of the team captains.
E6 Staff Sergeant (SSG) 3 month evaluation
*This Ranking is for a 3month period from being promoted to Sergeant. It is a 3month run till next promotion. With in this time period the player must have completed the following. Recruiting of two new members. Attending over 90% of scheduled team events and practices. Organization of a community fundraiser or team event. Run 1 full team practice on his/her own, (captains supervision required). Maintained all full ranks till this moment with out ever being demoted. If demoted the player is held on a 90day promotional ranking trial. The he or she may be considered for further ranks.
E7 Sergeant First Class (SFC) require promotion must be sent to the “General Of War” for final approval, with explanation on why you feel this candidate should be promoted.
*This Ranking is for a 4month time period from currant date of promotion to Staff Sergeant. All requirements are as all above with the chance to move forward. It’s more or less a waiting time period. A time to prove your patients within the rankings. Show all the skills you have learned and are learning daily. Becoming a team leader and coach to others. Promoting the passion for the game. Patients is the key to success.
E8 Master Sergeant (MSG) require promotion must be sent to the “General Of War” for final approval, with explanation on why you feel this candidate should be promoted.
*This Ranking is for a 6month time period from currant date of promotion to Staff First Class. All requirements are as all above with the chance to move forward. It’s more or less a waiting time period. A time to prove your patients within the rankings. Show all the skills you have learned and are learning daily. Becoming a team leader and coach to others. Promoting the passion for the game. Patients is the key to success. Preparing you for your final E9 evaluation. The personality test, and questioner.
E9 Sergeant Major (SGM) require promotion must be sent to the “General Of War” for final approval, with explanation on why you feel this candidate should be promoted.
*This Ranking is for all above and the final evaluation of a personality test and questioner. The chance to move up the ladder into the highest of ranks. Reaching this stage you have already proven your love and passion for the paintball industry and your ready to move forward, both as a leader and a ranking officer.
W1 Warrant Officer 1 (WO1)
*This Ranking is on hold for the mean time, until further notice. May not be used.
W2 Warrant Officer 2 (WO2)
*This Ranking is on hold for the mean time, until further notice. May not be used.
W3 Warrant Officer 3 (WO3)
*This Ranking is on hold for the mean time, until further notice. May not be used.
W4 Warrant Officer 4 (WO4)
*This Ranking is on hold for the mean time, until further notice. May not be used.
W5 Warrant Officer 5 (WO5)
*This Ranking is on hold for the mean time, until further notice. May not be used.
O1 Second Lieutenant (2LT)
*This Ranking is for team members that have been with a team for 2 years or longer and have worked there way up the rankings from E1 to E9 and are ready to move forward. Requirements are attending team events. At least 10 a year on a regular basis 100%, and assisting in team practices. Also not loosing ranking status with in your first two years with your team. If you have been demoted with in the first two years of signing with your team, you will be placed on a 90 day pre evaluation schedule. Your team captain will assign you with project in helping the team. Upon completion of the 90 days your team captain will re-evaluate your performance and vote if you are eligible for rank promotion to 1st Lieutenant. Your team may carry as many 1st Lieutenants as needed.
O2 First Lieutenant (1LT)
*This Ranking is for all current co-captains. This means your present team captain has chosen you as his right hand man and believes you are the best fit for the job. You are promoted to this ranking and will help establish the teams performance and ability to move up the rankings, as you will do the same for yourself.
O3 Captain (CPT)
*This Ranking is for all team captains to begin their status among the rankings. To reach this level you must have completed the following. Been a team captain in current time. Have full completion of team roster and full responsibilities among the team. Take full responsibility for all team actions and organization for team events. The recruiting of new players and team schedules, and practices. The communication to the “General Of War”, and all up dates to him. From here your actions will be judged from the rankings above you, and all further promotions will be from mandatory votes from the higher rankings depending upon your performance. If no other ranking officers are elected then the “General Of War” will over rule and make final decision. (Only 1 to 5 star General may vote).

O4 Major (MAJ)
*This Ranking is for all members that meet the “Captains Guideline” above and are also in a currant ranking position from the “General Of War” as a state commander in charge. We have many states that fall in this category. They are NJ, NY, MA, CT, DE, SC for the time being. If you are interested in holding a state ranking for any state you must meet all above guidelines along with promotion to this ranking from the “General Of War” Being a Major you will be responsible for new recruits and arranging events in your area. You will represent the UNIT (all must be affiliated with the Undertakers team, either on the team or part of an Undertakers sponsored team list or a JSOC member) all commanding officer ranking are now renamed to MAJOR. No more state commanders. The ranking name has changed. Be a MAJOR is an important duty and big responsibility. You are among some of the highest-ranking officers in paintball.
O5 Lieutenant Colonel (LTC)
*This Ranking is for team leaders that have met all above status and have gone on and beyond their will to promote the paintball players and help organize the JSOC and some of the best scenario teams and events ever. Dedication and strong will power and maintaining the teams profit line. Getting involved in more ways they possible. Again only (1 to 5 star Generals) may vote on this ranking.
O6 Colonel (COL)
* This ranking is for any team captain that has been with the JSOC with in the first year of foundation, or has be a part of the JSOC roster longer then two years from founding date (team captains only). Original JSOC team was founded in September of 2005. This player not only has established his/her or own team, but has contributed towards building the JSOC team. All ranking officers below here (1 star to 5 star Generals only) must vote and approve this ranking towards any player eligible for it. Must have completed a full year from registration with the JSOC as of September 2006 and closing years after that. Only when closing the full year can you be up for promotion and if voted from the ranking officers below this list. To get to the next level of ranks, which it starts with the (Generals), you will have to meet all above and be with the ranking system for a minimum of 3 years.
O7 Brigadier General (BG) 1 year required (with in the ranking system)
Original team founder and team captain of JSOC and his/her own team.
O8 Major General (MG) 2 years required (with in the ranking system)
Original team founder and team captain of JSOC and his/her own team.
O9 Lieutenant General (LTG) 3 years required (with in the ranking system)
Original team founder and team captain of JSOC and his/her own team.
O10 General (GEN) 4 years required (with in the ranking system)
Original team founder and team captain of JSOC and his/her own team.
General of the Army (Reserved for wartime only) 5 years required (with in the ranking system)

* This ranking is for the founder and creator of this ranking system and also for the following leaders to earn. The holder of this ranking must also be a fellow team captain of a team. He or she must also have the following earnings upon themselves. 1) Team Founder, 2) Team Captain, 3) Most Valuable Player Award (at least 3), Most Valuable Team Award (at least 2), 4) Hold a Community Charity Event (1 yearly), 5) Play More Then 15 Official Events A Year, 6) Have been An Official Event General In At Least 5 Scenario’s, 7) Help Ref Major Events, 8. Recruit New Team Members, 9) Over 15 years Of Scenario Events Played, 10) Being Apart Of The JSOC Team Roster For More Then 5 Years (doesn’t includes the 5 original founding teams of the JSOC). And Also Meet All Guidelines Above. Keep in mind any one can get to this level. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, but it can be done. Also all current JSOC original team captains can start earning this rank from there second year with the JSOC, not earlier. Founded in September of 2005. So after 2007 is up. All others will be up for evaluation after the five years are met and maintained. Any dishonor or mistreatment of ranks can and will be held against any player that doesn’t meet the guidelines, and you will be demoted! Until proven otherwise and have reestablished your ranking positions.
