I will try to start posting some pics here soon. I have finished processing the main pics and the "drawing" pics and am now working on different variations.

I printed it out and was gonna bring it and the photo dvd down to you today, but they said you were off. I might try again tommorrow afternoon.

No I was there from 4am till 3pm today. I'm off on Sunday back in Monday from 6am till 4pm if thats good with you?

Why the hell would you need to be there at 4am? What time do you open?

Also, Monday is a no go, as are most weekdays. Will try again next weekend maybe.

It was a special event we had called "BREAKFAST WITH SANTA" where we cook breakfast for the kids and give out toys. We had a Santa and all donations go to "Toys For Tots" Last year our company raised $275,000 from all our stores in NJ and LI this year we will beat that. So there you go. Thats what I was doing at 4am, Very Happy

I am EXTREMELY busy at work. I have been going on-site all-day every-day. (We have 200 locations to wire over 6 states) I will try to post more pics when I can. The regular pics and the "drawing" pics are done, but still at full size, so I have to shrink them.
The video will be a while. I can only work on them in the office (where my Mac is), but since I have been going onsite, I haven't been in the office. Plus I have to clean up a bunch of the video for the individual intros. Towards the end, people kept bunching up in the doorway, so I could get clean edits of people running in. I am in the process of removing the background people in the doorway in each video. This takes a bunch of time and isn't too easy on some clips. Plus there are a few people who didn't group with their team, so I have to reorder them. All of this is just the first step for the individual intros. After the video is cleaned up as best as I can, I have to work on the titling and then some music.
All the work issues, plus my house is now under contract to be sold, so we have to start packing, means a lot less time, then when I took the pics. All of this stuff came up last week.

Herc, what is you schedule like this coming weekend? We may decide to take a break from packing and go out to eat.

Please don't get your hopes up. I am still pretty new/raw at the video stuff (another reason it will take a while). I will do the best I can and I am surprised that i was able to find a way to edit out the background people somewhat (Just don't view it frame by frame Wink

)
